A child is removed from his home because his parents are beating him. The social services person places him with this aunt. A month later, when the social services person checks on the boy, she learns that the aunt is beating the child as well. The child is removed again and places with his other aunt. Once again, the social services person checks in and finds the child is being beaten still. She suggests that the child be placed with is grandparents. At this, the child bursts into tears and says that, on his stays with his grandparents, he is beaten the worst of all by any of his relatives. At a complete loss. the social worker takes a strange turn and tells the boy that he can go live with anyone he wants. After some thought, the child says he wants to move to Ann Arbor to live with the M*CH*G*N football team. When asked why, he says, "After watching some of their games, I don't think they could beat anyone."
