OK, maybe I will try the WSOP
I found more information regarding the upcoming World Series of Poker tournament at Caesar's Indiana casino. I still need to talk to someone to verify some more information, but it looks like there are several cheap games throughout the week that you can play in to qualify for the big game. I just need to work out the timing, reservations, and get permission from the wife. Not to mention making sure that we have someone to watch the kids while I am gone. It all makes me a bit nervous though. I've never really played in a high stakes poker game before. Sure I've won a few hundred here and there in basement games, but that is a different type of situation. Still, I am going to research this and see if I can make a go of it. It should be fun either way.

In case anyone is wondering, I tok the day off, booked the room, and am going for the first day of this tournament. It is the cheapest prelim, and it's something I have been wanting to try, so I am going to do it.
On a side note, a spider just crawed across my desk and I screamed a little. I am a little girl some times. It was an ugly one though. And inches from my hands. And I have a small fear of spiders. One crawled across my face once while camping with my aunt when I was little.
